Careful statistical studies by
John Yiamiyanous, PhD. biochemist and specialist
in epidemiology (study of population health
statistics) showed no appreciable benefit to teeth from
fluoridation of water. On the other hand, there has been a clear increase in cancer in cities where the water is
fluoridated.
Dr. Yiamiyanous testified as an
expert witness in court cases opposing
fluoridation by certain cities in multiple
states. Case by case it was proven and ruled in
each court that fluoridation of water was
harmful and should be eliminated.
In every state involved,
the state legislators overruled the court's
finding with new legislation, maintaining
fluoridation without regard to common sense.
Children have
been seriously harmed and even died from swallowing fluoride toothpaste or mouthwash. A
strong overdose of this poisonous fluoride can be deadly.
Also, overmuch fluoride
makes teeth and bones brittle. Teeth can become
mottled, and eventually more likely to crumble.
Further, fluoride
interferes with the uptake of iodine in the
system, contributing to thyroid problems.
People who choose
to use fluoride can buy fluoridated toothpaste and mouthwash. Although
tasteless and odorless, it is harmful and should not be consumed.
Fluoride should
not
be in our
